San Jose Cinequest 2014 to Showcase Bay Area Editorial Talent

CINEQUEST opens in San Jose March 4.
The festival is a significant showcase for independent cinema feature narratives.

Two in the festival will show off the prowess of Bay Area film editors.

Rick LeCompte, a veteran feature editor based in San Leandro, made the cut of SOLD, which the San Jose Mercury News has called a “best bet” for festival goers.

Another “best bet” is WHITE RABBIT, directed and edited by Bill Kinder of PIXAR. I had the great opportunity of grading this gripping thriller at the Jacobs Theater in the Zaentz Media Center using DaVinci Resolve. That facility COLORFLOW has just closed.
